What are my strengths?

As a person, I’m friendly, calm and humble. I respect and listen to others’ opinions and take them seriously. I’m not afraid to be wrong.

Practical experience – growing up in the countryside and working as a mechanic for several years helps me to understand how things work in real life.

Simple is beautiful – there is no reason to make things more complicated than they are.

Curiosity – learning something new is always exciting.

Trying to think outside of the box – and trying not to restrict my creativity too much.

In the background of Routa Engineering hassles me, Aapo.

An ordinary, easygoing guy.

Originally from the finnish countryside.

Born in 1990.

Equipped with a positive attitude towards life.

I enjoy spending time with my friends, going to the gym and working on personal car projects…

…and sometimes just taking it easy. For me, a healthy balance between work and free time is the key factor.

Why did I start running my own company?

Answering the question with another question – why not?
I had always dreamed about it, and all the conditions told me to do it by the time I made the decision. So, I just went and did it.

My goal is not to be the most successful designer in the world. More important for me is to enjoy what I do. And what I do enjoy is to challenge myself every day. This is the thing that keeps me motivated and drives me forwards.
